Ceramic is a very strong material, one that can absorb daily bite forces but one that is also lifelike in appearance. The Invisalign® Process
We also have another cosmetic option for teens and adults too. This one eschews brackets and wires completely, and instead will employ a series of clear plastic aligners, which are worn each day. They fit gently over your teeth and are practically invisible. You war a set for two weeks, 20 to 23 hours a day, before moving on to the next set in the series. Your smile is gradually adjusted, with optimal results possible in as little as a year to 18 months.
