We don’t have to use metal brackets and wires to correct your uneven smile. When your aligners are ready, you will wear a set for the amount of time the orthodontist recommends, which is usually between 20 and 23 hours per day. After about two weeks, you will continue treatment with the next set in the series. For adults, optimal results could take as little as one year. Teens could require about 18 months.
