Community Events
- Christmas in the Stockyards: Christmas in the Stockyards will take place in the Stockyards Station on 130 East Exchange Avenue on December 7th from 10am until 5pm. Admission is free and the events happen at East Exchange Avenue on Coliseum and the Livestock Exchange Building lawn. Several surrounding businesses will be participating. A great event for the whole family to enjoy!
- Festivus Holiday Lights Tour: One Safe Place will host the Festivus Holiday Lights Tour from now through December 8th in the Fairmont Historic Neighborhood. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for kids 12 and under. There will be arts and crafts, snacks, goods from local vendors, and even a chance for your little ones to meet Santa Claus! A great family-friendly event.
- Santacon Pub Crawl: The Santacon Pub Crawl takes place on Saturday, December 7th, starting at 4pm at Varsity Tavern. With your wristband, you get two free drinks and access to specials on foods and beverages at participating locations. Be sure to wear your ugly sweaters!
- Holiday Sing-Along: The Fort Worth Opera will be hosting a Holiday Sing Along at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden on 3220 Botanic Garden Boulevard on Saturday, December 7th from 2pm until 3pm. The free event will include carols, holiday songs, and opera pieces. Being the whole family and enjoy your seasonal favorites!
