This Weekend’s Events

1. The annual Holiday in the Park celebration at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington opens this weekend. Enjoy a sled ride on a hill made of real snow, live music, and festive holiday sweets and treats.
2. Beginning this weekend, you can bring the family to visit Santa Claus in Sundance Square. Each Santa visit includes a photo for $20 cash.  All proceeds from the Santa visits will benefit the Fort Worth Sister Cities International Youth Program. There is no need to stand in line as volunteers will be available for you to check in with your phone number.
3. Usher in the holiday season at Bass Performance Hall with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Home For the Holidays. The orchestra will be combined with choirs to present some of your family’s favorite music. The opening show is on November 23rd at 7:30 p.m..
4. Enchant Christmas opens this year inside Arlington’s Globe Life Park for the world’s largest Christmas Light Maze & Market. The holiday wonderland is fun just to enjoy the sight-seeing, but there is also a market to kick off your holiday shopping.
