There are egg hunts outside, in parks, indoor underwater, events with chances to meet real live bunny rabbits, photo opportunities to pose with the Easter Bunny, and more. Upcoming Easter Events

  1. The Texas-Sized Easter Egg Hunt in the Stockyards is this Saturday from noon to 4pm. The hunt will start promptly at noon following the cattle drive at 11:30am. Each child should bring their own basket for the egg hunt on the lawn with nearly 20,000 eggs. The event also features a visit from the Easter Bunny, face painting, on-site food trucks, and more.
  2. Hurst is also hosting a hunt with the Easter Eggstravaganza at the Hurst Community Park on Saturday, March 24th. Bring your baskets an afternoon of fun that includes face painting, crafts, pony rides, egg hunt, and photos with Mr. Bunny.
  3. The NorthEast Mall, on Sunday, March 25th at 6pm, is hosting a chance for your pets to take photos with the Easter Bunny. Bring your cats and/or dogs to visit the Easter Bunny and have a special commemorative photo made during this special limited engagement session. All pets must be brought in on a leash or in a carrier, and exotic pets are not included in this event.
  4. The Burleson Recreation Center is hosting an Aqua Egg Hunt on March 24th from 10am to noon. A new take on an Easter favorite, the Aqua Egg Hunt is a chance to dive in and look for eggs around the Natatorium’s play area and lap pool. Participation is limited; pre-registration is recommended.
