November Events In Fort Worth

In the next couple weeks, you can take place in a film festival, a festival, or even take part in Heroes Weekend at the zoo. Community Events

  1. Lone Star Film Festival: The Lone Star Film Festival will take place on Sundance Square in Downtown Fort Worth from November 8th from November 12th. Enjoy a five-day celebration of film in the Lone Star State from local filmmakers.
  2. Fort Worth Greek Festival: The Fort Worth Greek Festival takes place every three days at 2020 NW 21st Street. The festival is celebrating 50 years and will feature Greek food, dance, and more. Authentic meals will be prepared, including gyros, flaming cheese, pork shish-ka-bob, desserts, breads, and more. You can also purchase ready to heat meals you can bring home to enjoy later!
  3. Heroes Weekend: The Fort Worth Zoo will be hosting Heroes Weekend from November 10th until November 12th. The zoo is located at 1989 Colonial Parkway and will be open from 10am until 4pm. The event honors first responders, veterans, reserve and active duty military. These heroes enjoy free admission for themselves and one guest, and a $2 discount on up to four additional tickets.
